These terms govern the use of taverasshoes.com, operated by Taveras Shoe Repair, 227 W 145th St, New York, NY 10039.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, a price or listing error occurred, or fraud is suspected; anything already paid on a cancelled order is refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout at the time of the order. Payment is processed at the time of purchase by our payment providers.

3. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by the shipping policy and returns by the refund policy, both linked in the footer of every page. In short: US-wide shipping with costs shown at checkout, a 30-day return window, and no restocking fee.

4. Product information

We describe every pair as accurately as we can — materials, colours and sizing included. Colours can render differently across screens; the size guide page explains the EU sizing used across the catalog.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, product photography and page design — belongs to the store and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
