This shipping policy applies to every order placed on taverasshoes.com, shipped by Taveras Shoe Repair, 227 W 145th St, New York, NY 10039.

1. Where we ship

We ship across the United States. The delivery options and exact costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Rates

Standard shipping is $8.00, and it is free on orders of $70.00 or more. Express shipping is $15.00.

3. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern count from the next business day.

4. Transit time

Standard shipping typically takes 4–8 business days in transit after processing. Express shipping is faster; the estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

5. Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated for several days, write to support@taverasshoes.com and we will chase the carrier.

6. Problems in transit

If an order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact support@taverasshoes.com. Damaged-in-transit and lost orders are treated as our error: we replace or refund, and we pay any return shipping involved, per the refund policy.
