Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States. Rates and delivery options for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.00, and it is free on orders of $70.00 or more. Express shipping is $15.00. The exact options and costs for your address always appear at checkout before payment.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days; orders placed after 12 PM Eastern count from the next business day. Transit typically takes 4–8 business days for standard shipping.
Returns
What is the return window?
30 days from the date the order is received. Items should be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
Who pays return shipping?
On a change-of-mind return, the customer does. If the item arrived faulty, damaged or not what was ordered, Taveras Shoe Repair pays the return shipping. There is no restocking fee in either case.
How long do refunds take?
Once the return arrives and is checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method. If anything about a return needs escalating, we resolve it within 3 business days.
Sizing and fit
What sizes do you carry?
The catalog runs on European sizing, from EU 34 to EU 47.5 including half sizes. The size guide page carries the full EU-to-US conversion table.
What if the size is wrong?
Return it within the 30-day window and order the size you need — no restocking fee. If you are between sizes, email support@taverasshoes.com before ordering and we will advise for the specific pair.
Product and care
How do I care for suede and napped finishes?
Keep them for dry days, and brush the nap occasionally with a suede brush. Treat marks with a suede eraser rather than water.
How do I care for smooth leather?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth and condition occasionally. Leather soles benefit from resting a day between wears — and when they eventually wear down, a good repair shop can resole them. We would know.
